SYC PRAISE AND WORSHIP TEAM
The committee is in the process of re-forming SYCPW team as part of the main priority program this year which consist of student and non student, senior and junior will work together develop this ministry. Senior will do mentoring, guide and share their experiences to the juniors specifically on technical and spiritual aspect.
The concept is to have more ENERGETIC worship experience in church and impact the youth. Music will be more vibrate than usual, youth style of dressing and hairstyle but still maintain the holiness and good character. Multimedia and video recording will also be fully utilized. We still looking for the suitable name for the particular Sunday Service.
The first Service for this is on 1st March 2009.

CONCEPT : MENTORING AND DISCIPLESHIP SYSTEM
VISION : SUPER LEADERS
REFERENCE : GOD, HOLY SPIRIT AND BIBLE
Objectives
There are few main things that we concerned and be our priority to develop a youth whose fears God. But fearing God only is not enough as we keen to see the attitude of loving God is more than anything. This EG concept of mentoring and discipleship making system is design as small and simplest as we can. That’s what we call “KISS” (keep it small and simple). The smaller and simplest the groups are the easiest and closest we can connect with the real agenda of peoples' life.
The whole idea is to produce a CHRIST-LIKENESS believers who admire and loving God more than anything, depending only to God, Bible as the only words that can react in their life, Holy Spirit as their great and incomparable helper. Leaders that think big, start small and building deep. The program will be implemented by this month (Feb). Leaders are already being selected among the students and they are ready to explore.
For your information, selected leaders are automatically assigned in SYC committee members as part of their EG training program.

- To teach and guide them using Bible as their main reference.
- To teach and guide them sensitive to Holy Spirit and listen to only God’s commandments.
- To teach and guide them being obedience until the end.
- To teach and guide them sharing their testimony on how God has changed their life.
- To teach and guide them spread the good news to their friends.
